strange artifact bonuses - how do they work?

control bonus, stamina gain, combat advantage bonus, incoming healing bonus, control resist, action point gain ....

i have absolutely no idea what the number provides. control bonus 166? what does that mean? stamina gain 400?
for things like critical strike etc. at least there is information on the wiki, but for those new strange stats, i found nothing ...
anyone has a clue?

I think that on the character sheet the numbers also used to show a % when you scrolled the pointer over them but for some unknown reason they removed that information and all you see now is a pretty meaningless number.

EDIT - ahaa nvm , they removed the place that shows the % effect of these stats a couple of moths ago but now seem to have put the % back in place on the character sheet screen , at least on the preview server.

No, but that bonus goes toward ALL healing... Pots, Regen, Boons, DC healing, etc.

I have 226 incoming healing rating on my toon, the sheet says it gives me 3% increasing healing.

Each 80 points of all bonuses like this equates to 1%. At 400, the bonus is 5% :) hope this helps!

    Yes, 400 points is 5%

Also, something I would like to point out, maybe it's a bug (I hope so)

The stat "companion influence" which is supposed to be fixed for mod3 only affects the base stats of the companion, i.e I have an Ioun Stone of Radiance, 155 power at lv 30 (among other stats), when I equip my emblem it gives only 7 points more total: 162, (7.75 is 5% of 155). My radiance without emblem grants me with 2444 power atm, plus 5% should be 122 more but instead I just have 2451.

Yeah I was wondering about this.

Right now I'm using the Waters of Eli'zahd, Thayan Book of the Dead and the Lantern on my GWF for PvP. I just recently got an Eye of Lathander.

I was thinking about replacing the Lantern with the Eye for PvP since my Crit/Ar Pen are pretty much soft capped right now, but losing the combat advantage, I don't know what the toss up is.

Does the incoming healing bonus just a flat 5% or so off the artefact? Like say for instance, I get 50 extra HP off ever 1k heal? If so, then that's really bad and not worth it - or is it greater than that.

Does someone who has this - can you confirm what the actual heal ratio is and what it affects? I've heard people saying it gives them an extra 500 hp per tick on the PvP combat potion and I just want to call B.S. on that because that's approximately 50% not 5%!!

The bonus does not work with potions or the Waters of Elah'zad, it does work with regeneration, life steal and healing from cleric/HR (healingammount*1.05).

so the 5% is off the final value, not the base, right?
someone knows what that means for combat advantage - since CA is usually 15% of the normal damage. does +5% make 15.75% out of this, or 20%, or is the total damage i deal multiplied (1.2075 multiplier instead of 1.15) etc. ...
but anyway, thanks guys, that's already very useful material!
