Eye of Lathander - GF

I recently was the recipient of the Eye of Lathander.
The artifact has a bonus to Incoming Heals.

Does this apply to life-steal, regeneration and potions or only heals from a cleric?

I can see how this has potential in a tank build to add survivability.

Currently I am running the Water, Lantern and Raven on my tact speced Dwarf GF pve focused.

    I have it and love it, and you use the ressurrection quite a bit too, really useful artifact.

    Would love if someone actually tested this out. I can't find the artifact yet :(

    does it matter if it is in a primary or secondary slot?

    Believe it has to be Primary if you want to use the active power. If you just want the stats.. then you can use secondary.

    - Forge (GF)
    - Apocalypse - (DC)
    - Sadus (OP)
    - Fireball (GWF)
    - Ixian (CW)

    Thank you Loadouts for allowing my toons to be all the things... they ever wanted to be....
