Dear Devs,
The random party generator queue system for dungeon delves is not functioning for players. I queue for a dungeon and I almost always get ONLY the option of joining a partial party in a partially completed or bugged dungeon instance. This occurs on base level dungeons and on epic level dungeons. I suggest the following fixes. (1) When a player queues for a dungeon they should have the option of joining only a brand new dungeon instance. This would be better than the current backloading characters/players in an instance that is incomplete or with an incomplete party. (2) A secondary objective would be to allow existing parties where someone has dropped to select the person or character they want from the queue list to complete their instance. The party leader should be able to see the players class and gear score. Only players that have selected the option of queueing for a partially completed dungeon would be on the list of available characters to join. Me personlly and I think most of the neverwinter player community, would like the option of queing only for brand new instances. I have posted my complaints about the queue system since the launch of Shadowmantle before and eventually the devs did respsond. They state they are aware of the problems but also state the queue system is functioning as designed. Unfortunately they blame the players for leaving the queue instance too early resulting in the instance never expiring and also never enough players in the party because people don't wait for 5 people and leave too quickly. Devs please make the system work for the players, not the devs, as the current queue system is not satisfactory for most of the players (even though is functioning as designed). Because of this defect (well to me it's a defect) I still have not been able to play Castle Never, Temple of the Spider (epic), Malabogs Dungeon, Valindras Dungeon - don't really remember the name becuase have never played it becuase I can't get into a new instance with 4 other players. Hence I am not really looking forward to the 3rd expansion - Curse of Icewind Dale as I have not even had the opportunity to play core elements of the base game (Castle never) or Shadowmantle yet.

Was also getting the same problem last night--I would queue up, load the instance, and then immediately get kicked once it loaded. I thought it was ppl being dbags about GS at first, but then a couple ppl mentioned in the zone chat that they had the same problem too. Don't know if it's fixed or not today--haven't logged on yet.
The backfilling system does not work because only party of 4 is made. Can't get 5 people even if all 4 players wait forever. Also not having the option to enter a brand new instance you often, or should I say, ALMOST ALWAYS, you get put into a bugged instance that keeps staying alive because players keep entering it (and quickly leaving) before it expires. These instances live forever until they are patched or until shard maintenance. Basically dungeon delves is still bugged to death and has been for several months now (ever since launch of shadowmantle). I am tired of playing PVP (although its great) and would like to play more PVE dungeon delves. This serious flaw in the game has been reported on game review websites (not by me) like Gamespot for over 6 months now. Its sad there is no action or plan of action officially from Cryptic. Although one of the devs did respond to me back in Janurary that they are aware of the problem are are thinking of solutions to fix it. But the wait has been way too long. I suggest postponing any new content like Icewind Dale until the game that is currently available is fixed or at least please fix these problems in the 3rd installment of the game.
