neverwinter gateway down?

Anyone else having problems getting into your characters?

    Yes. I can log in but selecting a character leads to a timeout error every time.

    Yup.
    Still can't log into Gateway. Stuck on "Loading Character. Please Wait..."

    Yes. Same problem. I can log in, but I cannot access my characters.

    Sporadically down.
    Can login to gateway. 80% of the time, will get "Loadnig Timeout Error"

    Sometimes, i even have difficulty logging in to the game client itself. Timeout when trying to access char select screen.
    Me thinks the server needs a reset....

    Whatever you guys did about 5 minutes ago seems to have fixed the Gateway and in-game character change.

    We are bouncing a couple more services right now and will continue to monitor the situation but we believe that this final restart of Gateway servers MAY resolve the issue completely and prevent them from coming up again. Thank you for your patience.

    Please update if you see any additional issues in about 10 minutes from now.

    If seeing the message "Unable to authenticate: Couldn't even attempt account server connection" is having an issue, then yes.
