Very curious as to why no CW nerfs have been posted for Mod 3 yet. The nerfs to GWF Deep Gash and HR Split shot will devastate these two classes if CW does not face a similar nerf.
I do not want to go back to the days of CW dominated parties at least right now you have GWF/CW dominated groups with the occasional HR. TR and GF are often neglected. And I would much rather see these two classes buffed than to see any nerfs. But since we cant avoid the nerfs. We really need CW to be nerfed so other classes are wanted in groups.
My opinion CW need a damage nerf and not a control nerf. Dont reduce number of targets but reduce damage per target hit like GWF's have. So they can cotnrol a room, something all parties love a CW to do. Without topping all the damage charts like they did pre-module 2 and like the do now with only competition from GWF.
Another thing that a nerfed CW will need is the ability to effect control immune target s with a debuff from all control powers. IE you cant knock or stun a control immune target but if a CW uses a control power on a control immune target that target should have lowered defense so there controls are always effective and become what a "Control Wizard" should be all about. And party members always like a CW to increase there damage.
They're not really concerned with pve when deciding where the nerfbat is going to fall.

I dont understand this post. Why are people assuming that just because there is a 'control' in the name, the class is only there for control? (for example, a trickster rogue makes damage as well, yet he is a 'trickster').
Suggestions to improve NW:
- Dualspec
- Better rewarding foundry and foundry pvp maps
- Custom PvP leagues with leaderboards instead of the current 'matchmaking'.
- Armory
- make jumping cost stamina (to reduce hopping in pvp)
Your suggestion will only result in more CW stacking and alienate other classes further. Retain multiple targets aoes with control encounters that goes into cooldown, without the CW being able to take them down within an acceptable time frame before the CW gets killed? Either the CWs needs a buff to its pitiful defenses or parties need to learn to take care of adds instead of selfishly zerg rush the boss trying to avoid adds aggro. The latter is highly unlikely unless it's a guild premade.

Instead focus on which powers you feel are overpowered, why and suggest what would make them better.
Stating X Class should get nerfed makes people defensive and causes confrontation instead of discussions.
