I've been hacked

This morning i logged into neverwinter just to find out my 2 chars was hacked!
no ad in there at least 15 mails where i sell something that i never sold.
Made tickets in game, now i want some staff member to take care of this ugly situation.
I'll be patient, but please check my logs!
I'm in europe, if anybody from the staff need infos contact me please!

    I have known Snorri for several months in game. He is a dedicated Guild Master and has been playing this game since the Beta. This is an utterly unfair situation and I do hope you are able to solve it, or at least compensate for his lossess.
