Good, bad... I want it all. I haven't seen this build yet on the forums. If any of you are using it, please tell me or if its old..

Basically I'm here for you guys opinion on my gear, spells and build... if I'm doing/I did something wrong, I like to know... I just recently switched from Master of Flame/Renegade cuz I was pvping to Spellstorm/Thaumaturge.

Here is my toon:

Somewhere I read you don't want to go over 1950 crit, I don't know... and I just went with it and 2200 AP and 3500 recovery becuz I heard it was the cap.

Here is my Feats:

Okie, this build is kinda funny how I came upon it in my head. It all started with Destructive Wizardry. Where it says when you hit to or more target with "STORM SPELL", I misread it and thought it said SUDDEN STORM. These past months, I've had that feat for the longest time not knowing until yesterday, I was just looking and I was like OMFG. All this time I've just been casting Sudden Storm thinking I'd get the extra "10% dmg boost". lol

So I started to think, I want to do dmg. So normally to start, ppl would choose Fight On, I choose Wizard's Wrath for the extra dmg on Steal Time and Chill Strike on tab if/when I use it becuz I didnt really need the extra cooldowns with my recovery. Then 3 in Arcane Enhancement and 2 in Blighted Power becuz 3/4 encounters I use are arcane. Learned Spellcaster just for the dmg (at-wills, encounters, dailies).

Now Thaumaturge is about debuffing, but I looked at it and it looks like it buffs too.
Tempest Magic, me being Teifling, not sure if it stacks, but I took a chance. (If it doesn't, please tell me). This build is centered around 3 buffs and they do stack. I found that when I tested it on the dummy. Bitter Cold (5%), Destructive Wizardry (10%), and Frozen Power Transfer (%5 x 5 max targets = 25%)... I want you guys opinion on this set up.

If you're asking why I didn't pick Snap Freeze, Transcended Master is becuz; Snap Freeze, I realize I will not always be the only or first CW use cold spells in the group. Transcended Master, knowing mainly its for Shard... I didn't pick it becuz I'm a bad aimer and most CW's like to be the first one to use it and when you use it behind theirs, the mobs get knocked away and yours goes str8 thru, or if they use Sing.

So ya, I just want to know if what you see is good, bad... if I should change anything. I'm open minded, here for help not to be talked down to and thank you all for the future advice.

Frozen power transfer never seemed too useful to me... you have to cast it 3 times for 8 seconds of the buff, then you are also trying to stack storm pillar buff too? Seems like you will wast a lot of possible encounter attacks spammimg at-wills... I dont think my encounters are on CD long enough to keep both of those buffs going, but maybe I'm wrong... other than the practicality of those two, I don't see a problem with your setup...

In my opinion, I would take transended and FPT. Use FPT during singularity or when encounters are on cool down. When mod 3 rolls around you may find critical power more useful than blighting due to the waves of mobs and the desire to get that second daily up quickly. Especially when you attempt to solo the Heroic Encounters.
