Has anyone tried terror enchantment?

Hello, since vorpal may lose some of its effectiveness in the next mood (Deep gash no crit), i have started considering using other enchantments for DPS.

Sadly i don't have a terror enchant but considering it does 20% of your weapon damage and it ticks twice when using WMS it would be nice if someone could do some testing with it.

EDIT i confused terror with lighting enchant.

Would be nice to know if anyone has any ACT logs with lighting.

    with a perfect you deal an additional 12% of weapon damage as Necrotic damage with every swing and reduce their defense by 20%, you can't go wrong with that kinda sustained damage output....

    Terror is fine if you got a perfect but even then GPF usually is preferable.
