Tenacity Question

Ok, looking at Tenacity and theorycrafting on combat dummies....

Here is my question. Tenacity you have damage resist % and crit strike resistance %.
Do these stack? Meaning you take a hit its 8600k crit dmg. So this gets nerfed by 20 percent dmg resist and 20 percent crit resist? Does it calculate them both together or is one calculated before the other?

I would love to understand how this works a bit better.

    I have another question for tenacity.

    Does ignore resistance work against tenacity?

    For example, if someone has 20% defense and 10% tenacity, would -30% ignore resist bring it to 0% or to 10%?

    I am also curious if arm pen could go through tenacity. Also, I was wondering if lifedrinker would go through tenacity due to the necrotic damage possibly being unmitigated?
