Dungeon queue system throws together a 2, 3, 4 man teams outta 5 then stops as if it is done. There is no way to invite others or requeue to solve this problem currently ourselves either. This means you not only can go into a dungeon without a full team but you can run through an entire dungeon, have one person run before the boss, and have no way to resolve this issue. When will this be fixed? Don't even try to tell me it wasn't a known issue either because I swear to god for all the money I have spent on this game, spent on DUNGEONS and dragons and am not able to run DUNGEONS I will spend every dime I have fighting to get back every penny I spent on this game for false advertising and profiting from a product that is incomplete without any apparent desire to give what was promised. This isn't a joke, this is peoples hard earn money. I work my butt off in the military for the hundreds of dollars I poured into this game and I expect core functionality as a bare 'minimum'.
It is January 21st 2014. This issue has been present in the forums for more than 8 months now, I have had a friend already report it before in the threads and have seen a few of these threads already. WHAT....THE....F. Let me make this very very very cleara:
This is DUNGEONS and dragons, the purpose of each area on the map is to make it to and complete the DUNGEON. The biggest part of the game revolves around completing DUNGEONS. So WHY- After being out for what for almost a year starting from the closed beta Feb 8 of last year WHY is the Dungeon queue system....oh no, not bugged, not poorly functioning, but COMPLETELY BROKEN? I consistantly whether on my low level toons or main level 60 get thrown into 2-3-4 man teams! Why wouldn't it just keep trying to find the remaining guys? I constantly try to invite people or requeue or anything remotely close to a solution and it DENIES me! The only option is to quit and leave which wasn't even possible prior to a update release not too long ago. <--- this brings me to something even more infuriating.
You have already addressed part of an issue with this problem. You were already working around this coding or programming what ever it was and despite numerous complaints you only fixed a symptom of a problem instead of the dang problem itself! I have poured hundreds of dollars into this company and don't even expect competence or any linger of exceptional talent towards creativity, development, and innovation. But what I do expect is for you to do your jobs and ensure what little you have done in the game actually functions before moving on, more importantly, making sure a CORE component like dungeon queue and team matching functions!
This is unacceptable and you should absolutely be embarrassed. Almost a year and a core component thats been reported multiple times, through a huge and major update- module 2 and minor updates as well that tip toed around this issue and you haven't fixed this yes. I will say it again because you really need to feel disgusted; you should be embarrassed. I have a friend about to graduate college who has designed better functioning games than you. I have seen foundries that are better than the game itself and everything seems to work fine in them compared to the rest of the actual game, thats great for the creator and their skills but as the creators and developers of neverwinter again you should be embarrassed not pleased.
With the broken queue system still being broken and with new players being " invited " into a current instance to fill an open spot , the problem lies in the fact that these 4 man groups DON'T or WON't accept any new players .
Lots of times these groups are incapable of beating the boss etc and all this does is keep an unwanted queue instance OPEN .
Over the last 30 mins or so the same malabogs castle instance was open with the same group who seemed incapable of beating the dragon .
What makes it worse was only 1 of the players was from the original group that STARTED the dungeon .
This is why FIXING this broken system to make it so that the current group can set some sort of flag whereby the server DOESN'T try to put players into an unwanted instance and therefore starts a NEW instance for anyone queueing for the dungeon .
I completely agree with sedaiyus - I couldn't have said it better. I have started 3 threads on this very issue myself since STUPID SHADOWMANTLE which made the problem 100x worse. At least before I could get into some proper epic level dungeons (never that God damned castle never though). Yes I am cursing Crytpic- because you product is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, first time I have ever done so on the internet EVER. I am so frustrated with this stupid game. No news on a fix. I am assuming the problem can not be fixed. This game has so many bugs, a complete jungle full of bugs. Don't get me even started on all character feats you think are working that don't actually work. The secret to building a good character is knowing which feats/abilities don't work or work better than their description. But who cares - can't get into a dungeon anyway. Hey Crytic - are you the same company the eFFed up Obama's Obamacare website? I sense your presence there for sure. I will never never never get involved with a game from Cryptic or perfectworld entertainment again.
I started 1 thread on this topic myself , even got response from staff member "Hey all, we're working on the queue system issue and will have a fix soon. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!"

I agree with all of you on this thread. This is so embarrassing, queues are so broken; they will queue me with 3 or less player, but oh no if there are 4 in the queue it won't put us in. Most of the time when I get into a party it will put us in a dungeon partially cleared with no adds and/or when we beat a sub-boss it won't drop anything. Also sometimes it'll put us in the middle of a dungeon like in FH as if we beaten the first sub-boss, so we have to /killme to start at the beginning or it'll put us in an already finished dungeon, right in front of the chest. I'm tired of spamming LFG, there is a 50/50 chance that I will get into a party so it's the same as the broken queues. I stopped supporting this game after seeing how terrible the queues are for epic dungeons. I prefer to grind for my AD rather than supporting a game that does not fix the core element of the game, going to dungeons. I keep sending tickets, but surprise surprise, no answers. I prefer they fix the embarrassing queues than putting new content, this is just a slap to the faces of people that are and were support NW. We'll see if time will tell and they fix the queues, or I'll have to go to another game that cares about their players/customers that support their game.
