Lost 100 seals of the drake bought from celestial store

I was in the process of buying Seals of the Drake from the Celestial Store and had two stacks of Drake Bags in my inventory. one of 100 bags of Drake Seals and another of 80 Seals.
I was opening the stack of 80 one after the other. When I had opened the 80th, BOTH stacks disappeared, causing me to lose 100 Drake seals.

How can I get these Drake seals re-imbursed? That is 100 game days worth of Drake seals

Also, it is stupid that you can only buy Drake seals one at a time. That is about 600-800 mouse clicks to convert 200 Ardent Coins to Seals of the Drake

    It is a bug. I wouldn't have lost those if there were not a bug

    Like the other person said submit a ticket. Unfortunately, Cryptic has a habit of not refunding "lost" items, regardless of if its a bug or not (I once lost 1.2 mill AD because of a bug with an AH bid), so don't expect anything.

    What I'm curious about is why you thought it was a good idea to use your Ardent Coins to buy seals of the drake. The gear you can get with the seals is terrible (at best its good for transmutation) and wasting 200 ardent coins for seals of the drake is beyond stupid IMHO (Angel of protection is probably gonna sell for at least 5 mill when people first start getting them)

    People who never go on holiday/have a day off are already getting angels.
