I didn't notice for a while until I logged on the preview to test some powers, time to put + ability score, when I saw the rolls were exchanged and missing points.

2eunxwy.jpg

If you notice 1° ss, the base rolls ability score are:
13 STR - 11 INT
10 CON - 18 WIS
8 DEX - 13 CHA

I'm half-elf any choice will always +2 to CON, so basically in my char I have 2 status in 8?

those who know the rolls knows it's impossible this roll 8 in 2 stats?

This was my base status when I started

at some point my ability score were buggy and changed.

check http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Ability_Score_Rolling is impossible 2 stats 8

2lm3q6r.jpg
stats +2 Str +2 CHA level up 10 and 20

30 minutes trying and can't 1 roll with 2 stats in 8

That screenshot is not your base stats.

Almost everything is different. There are additional points in some and missing points in others. You likely accidentally rolled again. That is much more likely than the computer gaining AI and deciding to change your base rolls.

Furthering that, Constitution is not the default buff. It looks like you have Charisma buffed. That implies you might have accidentally reinitiated the rolls by backing out at some point.

I understand that is not what you recall but that is what your stats say...
And as everybody knows computers are stupid. They only know what you tell them. This situation is screaming human error to me and not coding error.

check ss +2 in STR + 2 in CHA base status is 13-13 STR/CHA

I have 8 of DEX and CON 8 do you really think this is possible?
    10CON WITH half-elf bonus +2
    2 stats in 8?

This roll does not exist is clearly buggy

for the record the character is level 22 so the maximum of points is 4 level 10-20, so as I said
    13 STR-11 INT
    10 CON-18 WIS
    8 DEX-13 CHA
the icone of campfire is to remove injury
    not +1 stats

Your base rolls were probably 15 Str, 8 Con, 8 Dec, 11 Int, 18 Wis, 13 Char which is entirely possible.

The points do not apply until you exit the increase points page.

You can roll two 8s for non primary stats.

It does if you have a base 18, 15 and 13 as base rolls in your primary and secondary stats.

Actually I know a lot about the game. Issue is current and past gets jumbled sometimes. Two 8s was a possibility.

You have an injury which stats it decreases HP. I am betting that actually decreases con although I never checked. However your base rolls are still not the ones depicted in that screenshot.

    new ss add no injury
    30 minutes trying and can't 1 roll with 2 stats in 8

look I rolled +2 in sab and +2 in CON

If you look at my post I with the +2 in CON in case my CON should be in 8

then I have 2 stats in 8 which is not possible

    I'm sure I rolled
    STR 16 - INT 10
    CON 10 + 2 -- SAB 16 + 2
    DEX 8 - CHA 12

so much so that if they looked at the logs will be exactly like this
I checked 3 times the ability before using the ioun
at some point stats bug, almost pretty sure it was after clone my char on the preview, after log into in server preview to test some powers I noticed the change, I went back to the normal server and was buggy too.

I will wait at least until the end of the day.

If you are expecting a resolution, assuming the stats did change, that will not happen from posting on the forums.
You will have to contact support.

    Help how?

There is nothing I can do. I still believe there is another variable that will explain the change in stats but even if I didn't there is literally nothing I can do to help you. All account related issues have to be resolved by support.

    It's not my rule. ;)

Support is a department of its own and they do not like taking orders from the community team. :p
We interfere as little as possible with them and will only step in to ensure tickets are received. Support are the only ones with the tools to deal with account issues and they have strict guidelines to follow when doing so.

We can push bug reports and feedback along to the developers but we can not alter accounts in any way.
