Need help to get rank 3 result with alchemy

I want to get the Rank 3 result to unlock the profession slot, I will do this with alchemy. To get the rank 3 result I build a mithral crucible but when I am about to start the task it shows me 0% chance to get an rank 3 result. Can someone please explain to me how I get the rank 3 result with alchemy.

    i believe at minimum you need 1 mithral and 3 steel

    you need to do it on a job that has 3 slots, usually the rare (blue) ones have 3 slots :)

    Thanks i only see blue with one slot,but i will wait untill i found one with three:)

    Only the rare blue tasks at the top have three slots.

    The rare task will show up when you get to level 3 in Alchemy

    Was going with that for sig, but changed my mind. Or did I?

    Yes i see those tasks, maybe if i have more crucibles it will show me more slots;)

    For the optional slots, you can use any tool that works for alchemy and not just the one based on the rank of the task you are doing. And they will always show up for tasks that have him no matter how many tools you have.

    no, there are no ranked results for leadership
