Astral Shield does not proc Linked Spirit

Astral Shield applies an icon underneath the character portrait for the paragon feat Linked Spirit, but does not augment stats.

Notice the x2 application of Linked Spirit. There is no applied effect.

    Any acknowledgement of this bug?

    Realistically, the only spell capable of applying this buff to the team as a whole, is divine Forgemasters' Flame. Bastion of Health is too low of a heal with too long of a cooldown to be of much use. Divine Sunburst doesn't really have a place unless you're fighting control immune monsters (so it isn't a bad choice vs. bosses) or unless you like to troll your team (I do!).

    The only other spell that applies this feature (divine Healing Word) is single target and doesn't maximize it's potential, maybe if I could heal two targets back to back and stack the effects (IE : First target and I get 5%, second target and I get 10%), even then..

    I already noticed this when they "fixed" that bug with pvp patch. After 1 year bug, the new bug simply gives the icon of buff without increasing your stats. Sweety
