So, between these 3 builds, that seems to be on the spotlight atm, which one do you think would rule over the other in 1v1? Both skilled players with the best gear possible.

True and I'm just voting just for fun. Although from experience well build Permastealths and sents are always a threat, however combat rouges usually get stomped on by these two.

ikr =P I made the thread for fun. Atm permastealths are OP for their skill to keep a node for such a long time, but my thoughts are more about combat itself. I'm just farming stuff for mod3, probably will make a sentinel GWF or Combat Rogue... maybe HR if the new paragon is interesting.

Frar said that mainly because you're establishing a poll with only 3 classes. There's 6 in this game so please, consider them. From now it's just a self-minded thread and a place for show-off people.

Plus you can't really tell with bugs and balancing issues we actually have. ^^

I just wanted to make a poll using the build I see the most in pvp... I could put cleric... but not all clerics build are the same like permastealth rogues, I also could put Sentinel CW or Permasteahlth HR, but these build you don't see so much in pvp Like the ones I posted, so I think it would be unfair to put popular builds agaisn't others that you don't see so much around... this is more like a trend topic. My main is a CW, I didn't make this topic for personal purposes, I just want to know what is the opinion of pvpers.

Well it's not really an official thread requesting nerfs or buffs or anything. Tour just made this thread for the lols.
Just imagine a bunch of comic book nerds sitting around saying, "Who would win in a fight, (super hero A) or (super hero B)?

It really depends on what you mean by a "combat TR". If you focus 100% of your build into damage, then you're not going to be able to do anything in PvP without dying every 10 seconds. If you focus 50-50 or maybe 60-40 on damage, then you use to be able to have a reliable PvP build that could kill most other classes; however, with burst damage severely reduced, even a hybrid-damage build won't do you any good now. (Credibility: Ran a combat build in beta, then a high-end PvP hybrid-damage build since early TR nerfs)
Before tenacity, TRs with high damage could destroy sentinel GWFs. SS, LB, ITC, & SE.
    Now, good luck surviving.

I think he means every single TR build except Perma-stealth.

I play TR since beta, as Glass Cannon and Full pvp with high recovery build. Got also a full pvp HR.

Imho rogue is more easy to use, but if you are smart you can win with all classes.

Using my TR I used to lose some 1vs1 against GWFs, never lost against High-geared HRs even if I see that lot of TR doesnt know how to counter HR. This because every player just copy other player's build and doesnt know their class at all.
The most hard class to kill with my TR was another TR high recovery build.
Some time ago I met a good glass cannon TR who was able to kill me without using Shadow strike and Impact shot, as everyone slot in their rotation.

Btw if both players are skilled and geared I think noone will really win.. Used to fight differents time for something like 20 minutes 1vs1, with HR / TR / GWF.

Have to point out that 1v1 is not the be and end-all of a 5v5 match, as certain classes, CWs in particular come to mind, shine far more in 2v2 and higher confrontations than in 1v1.

That having been said tight now with SE possibly (probably?) bugged then the perma seems to be the favourite.
