Can't log in - too many attempts

Hi when i try to log into the game i have the message " too many attempts, please try later", i know that nobody is trying to hack my account because my brother told me he tried to log into my account for many times but he failed...., so its about 3 hours i have this problem and i cant still log in, what should i do to solve this?

    If you mean on the forums I get this problem too every once in a while , I got in touch with support and they said it is something to do with using autofill which I didn't find usefull since most of the time it works just fine , all you can do is sit it out since it's a IP ban .

    i mean on the game laucher, i cant log into the game

    Server is down at the moment. You won't be able to log in till they bring it back up, whenever that may be...

    I have been checking off/on for last couple hours. All I get is login server timed out.

    For the last few days, I have had different server issues; login time outs, long lags, bouncing, ... Is this to be expected? Will this continue?

    Yeah, I've being experiencing the same. No idea what's going on.
    As for the current server downtime, I first thought it was some kind of maintenance but they haven't posted anything. I wonder what's going on hehe.

    looks like i can log in again now, i dont know if the problem has been solved because i waited 11hours since the last login attempt, or my 3 tickets to perfect world have been listened and they solved the problem, anyway thank you for your answers

    Getting the same "Too many attempts, please try later" message.

    Just a guess but I would think that there's been multiple failed attempts to log into my account by persons unknown. (Attempted account hack).

    I can log into the forums ok, just not the game.

    Have checked my account details, email address etc. (All ok).

    Have also changed my password to a more secure one.
