Bags of Holding Gone

So, I have a character I use as my pet/stone mule, (Nemeia Muller), and I log in today to see that my Greater Bags of Holding are just gone. No other inventory items shuffled, just those bags gone and their contents as if they never were there; I'm actually having kind of a freak-out moment over it. Had a fey stag, a couple orc dogs, a fawn of shialla, a frost mimic, and eight swashbucklers I'd kind of like to get back.

    Submit a support ticket. They have a step system to retrieve bags which may work.

    The time one of my bags disappeared it actually was in a non existent bag.
    Explanation: I purchased a bag of holding and my missing back was automatically placed in it. This is not what support will tell you to do but it was what worked for me.

    However I have never heard of that happening while you are logged off or have items in the bag.
    Make sure you account is secure!
