Vorpal. You'll maximise your damage output with it thanks to those Deep Gash crit bleeds and such. Plague Fire and Terror could be viable alternatives, but I'd go Vorpal with an all out DPS build.
Plague Fire & Terror do better on support and debuff classes as well, primarily the GF, DC and occasional CW.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.
i really cannot understand why my build is not the best for pvp xD because i got no con?
Most of the "best" GWF PvP builds focus on high hp/defense/deflect picking Iron Vanguard for the extra prones and threatening rush (very, VERY useful in PvP). You can still do decent in a PvE swordmaster setup, but you go down a lot quicker and easier than a PvP specced GWF.

If gash happens to be fixed when module 3 arrives, will vorpal still be the best dps option?
After that GPF and terror and lightning are other excellent (but not as good as vorpal) options.

If you are specifically aiming for PvP only, then yes. If you are aiming for a PvE dps build, your current should be fine.
