Started playing again --> Lost all characters

Hey all! I wanted to come back and play Neverwinter again. But when i logged in i noticed something weird: My old characters were gone. I know im not hacked or anything, because i could only create 2 characters, even though i bought an extra character slot.

Anyone knows what i should do know? o.O

    Are you sure that you are logging into the right account?

    PWE does not delete characters nor would you ever lose additional character slots that were purchased. Even if you were banned and later were given back access to you account you would have access to everything you had exactly as you had it.

    Other than making sure you are accessing the right account your best recourse is to contact customer support.

    Yea I only have 1 account, so im sure im logging in on the right one ;)

    When did you stop playing?

    I stopped for a while around caturday, and started again around mod 2. When I got back I had lost 2 characters. Because I didn't have a time or date that they disappeared and they weren't logged in recently, support told me there was nothing they could do.

    I hope you have better luck than me but I wouldn't hold your breath.

    Hmm, it wasn't a beta account, was it?
    And I don't mean the whole "open beta" phase the game had going on for a while, but one actually dating back to the closed beta.

    Just trying to help and may be wrong, but I think you are logging into the wrong account. You created a second account back on or about May 5th. You mentioned in that thread that your characters were missing.. Is this the same issue, or a new one?

    You can login using either email or username. Please try with all usernames you know as well as all email addresses you have used.
