I need help please

I have tryed calling Perfectworld support with no anwser I have tryed the support web site but the page wont load in Ie or mozilla or chrome I have been playing neverwinter since beta on the same pc with never having any problems but recently I have a drop in FPS sevearly it went from 40-60fps to 1-10 I cant even really play it right now I have done no mods to my pc I have not recently downloaded anything And when I look in optioons in game it tells me I have an anti alaising untranslated issue is this cause in my fpd loss and how do I fix this please help!!

    I did try that and didnt help im hoping to not have to uninstall it :( ty for your reply .

    Definitely sounds like the video card driver needs to be uninstall and reinstalled.

    There is no phone support except for billing issues.
