Shadow Weaver isnt broken

A couple days ago i decided to test the Shadow Weaver set, and it worked fine, both buffs changed my stats like its suppose to. If u want to check for yourself , feel free to do so and post a reply about it.

The Buffs:
2 Piece Bonus: +450 Critical Strike
4 Piece Bonus: Striking a foe with a control spell grants your allies near that foe Reckless Abandon which grants 113 Lifesteal for 10 seconds. Striking a foe with a non-control spell grants your allies near that foe Measured Spellcasting which grants 5% Critical Severity for 10 seconds. Allies affected by both receive double the benefits.

    From what i remember correctly the bonus does work however there is a long cool down associated with the set bonus that it wouldn't reprocessing for like 2 min

    No one says it doesn't work. Everyone says it has an internal cool down. What this means is that you can keep the bonus up for a minute and then it can't proc for another minute. Meaning it has a 50% uptime at best. The stats on it are decent, and the bonus isn't bad, but it's a judgement call you have to make. The crit damage bonus isn't bad if you're already stacking them, but the lifesteal portion is easy enough to get without SW for any class and diminishing returns will still kick in.

    hmm i also tested with a friend of mine and seems like they stack.
    about the cool downs i think its because the Cw's have their skills bugged for what I've heard.

    The cooldown only kicks in if you drop combat. So there are two solutions:

    1) simply don't drop combat and fight and kite the whole dungeon (easy way to fix)
    2) Change out a gear piece back and forth - resetting coolodown.

    I hope they fix this sometime, shadow weaver set is actually extremely powerful while it's working.

    So is this working like this?

    non-control spell -5%crits 10sec - 1min internal cooldown - nc spell - 5%crits 10sec - 1 min ICD - ...
    ?

    Well...

    My friend is using this and having decent dmg btw apart from this.
