Ongoing Issue: Companions Previously Idle Now Can't Equip Items

So I've written a few bugs about this over the past few months (sorry no bug #s on me atm) that after I shoved 2 of my purple companions (panther and fire archon) in my idle Companion area I've been pretty screwed. Ever since they will not let me equip ANYTHING on them. It totally sucks since the panther was from my founder pack and the fire archon was from trade bars, meaning I spent real money on both. I've never gotten any replies to the tickets (which is fine) but it just seems like maybe I needed to do something else to make sure someone knows about it, hence my thread.

Help me Cryptic Peeps, you are my only hope!

This is only on the one character Lilyth Lightlorn@dreasimy, as she's the only one who ever (stupidly) put 2 companions in the idle area 'just to see what happened'.

    I am so happy to report that this is resolved as of today. Apparently, I simply needed to later put my 2 bugged pets back in Idle and take them out again to Active to reset them. This sadly did not occur to me which shames me. I should have thought of that. Regardless, I'm so glad that many months later I can still get joy out of my very first pet on my very first character (and my very first Tarmalune Trade Bar purchased pet) since they were neglected and acting out.
