I know a lot of people like to remain "themed" as in a role play scenario, such as a Hunter Ranger riding a Sylvan Stag with a Cave Bear companion. It makes sense and is plausible. I sometimes like to go wild and opposite; it just seems to be the the perfect epic oxymoron: Devoted Cleric on a Hell Hound:
I suppose I should come-up with an expositional backstory to explain it, but for now it's just loads of fun for me.
Do you do anything 'oxymoronic" theme-wise? I'm curious how many others like to do the 'weird' things the way I do. Post your pix! The above is my first ever Neverwinter Character since beta; a Devoted Cleric, now at level 60, still in Mount Hotenow (and accidentally skipped Rothe Valley and such - I'll get to eventually).

Ok I'm game...
I am supposed to be a good guy, well technically a neutrally aligned mage. Yet my party (companions) consists of primarily monsters and evil aligned races. There's a Drow, a Wererat, a Orc Wolf, and a Mimick in my crew, and then a lone Good aligned cleric.
I sit there and look at it going... errrm... somethings not right with this. And it all has to do with what's really available in companions that are worth that are reasonable acquisitions for anyone in this game, putting in active slots for a CW.
So here I am a supposed hero of neverwinter walking around with an evil aligned party, when my character is a worshiper of Selune. Yeah its crazy and oxymoronic.
@Veramis1: that picture is EPIC! ...no, wait: LEGENDARY! LOL I love that!
Yes, I play a non OP PvE built destroyer GWF......talk about being a freak.
