Dungeon Delve loot problems

Have been doing delves when I can and for the last 3 times I've done Cragmire epic delves it has been a blue piece of equipment and not that purple epic gear from the T1 sets.
Are you only able to run through a dungeon and get a purple from the delve once? If that is the case what is the point of having the collection points where you can only have 1 set of T1 or T2 and can't get any of the other collections?

No, you can get get the purple drops multiple times. Just bad luck that you haven't gotten purples yet.

Just making sure. The first time it happened I was thinking it was a RNG thing, by the 3rd time I started to get a little upset...

You have 10% of chance of getting the piece of armor you want, regardless if the dungeon is T1 or T2. So, it is very rare to get it in the first few runs.

T1s drop blues a lot of the time, T2s drop T1 stuff a lot of the time.

Almost without fail, as soon as you sigh, admit defeat, and buy the piece you want off the AH, you will also get it the very next dungeon.

3 times is a pretty small sample size.

Here's the DD info and loot drop rates if you're interested:

    http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dungeon_Delve
    Tier 1 dungeon delve chests:
10% - drops the T1 set armor/weapon piece the in game description says (note each class has 3 sets)
40% - drops the other T1 ring/necklace/belt piece the in game description says
45 % - drops a random junk piece of purple loot - usually matching what the final boss can drop
5% - drop a random junk piece of blue loot

    Tier 2 dungeon delve chests:
10% - drops the T2 set armor/weapon piece the in game description says (note each class has 3 sets)
20% - drops the other T2 ring/necklace/belt piece the in game description says
50% - drops a random T1 piece your class can use (armor, weapon or otherwise)
20% - drops a random usually junk purple from the endboss in the area

So... that means i can not get green items or blue items from a T2 chest... That happened to me, 4 times, i got blue items from t2 dungeons 3 times and yesterday i got a green item from pirate king's chest. And btw, since shadowmantle came i have not got any piece of armor never from de DD chest, always rings and belts, i had to buy my entire set, wait, yes, i got a weapon once.... Assuming i usually do 1 or 2 DD per day, tell me what are the odds of getting so much usseless things. The drops are bugged. Fix it.

I ran cc 26 times across multiple characters before i saw a t1 drop. by then most my chars had t2's and had recevied more t1 gear from t2's than i actually got from running t1's.

I've run PK a lot over the past two months. When I run with guild mates and no one "needs" any T2 set pieces, we will usually run PK 4 or 5 times during a DD event and I have never, personally, or heard of my buddies getting a green or blue item from the chest. I've picked up T1 set items out of PK, but then that's to be expected. In fact, I've never seen a blue drop from any T2 dungeon.

Over that same time, from running guild mates through other T2 runs (mostly SP and ToS), I've picked up other T2 set pieces that I've held on to. I run with the full HV set, but I have three Shadowmantle pieces sitting in my bank now as well.

If you got blues from a T2 run DD chest (or green), you should screen shot and submit a bug report.

If you are looking to gear up in a T1 set, one of the best ways to do that is running PK if you're able. Sure, it's a T2 dungeon, but with a 50% chance to drop T1 gear, it's easy enough, and fast enough to make a nice difference.
