How to increase my GS? (or Pimp my Gear Score if you like)

Finally made it to 60 had a GS of 7k. Purchased some epics, pants with one slot,and put in all level 5 Enchantments. GS now 9.5K.
Still i see folks with 13K + and most want a CW around 12k. Any suggestions?

Do i focus on doing all T1 gear for set bonus?

What am i missing?

    you get 2 item set bonuses(2 items from 2 different sets) thats straight 800/900 gs boost. you also have to be careful when choosing feats. for example on my gwf i chose grant 25% of recovery as armour pen, then stack 4 rank 7 silvery enchants (they are relatively cheaper)

    Well time to get set bonus. Been doing quests but have not got them yet. Thanks for the ideas!

    If you get a T1 set, get the Archmage set. Its set bonus is quite nice.

    Buy stone pet and t2 set. There you're 15k+, amazing. Or you can play for weeks.

    Stone allows you to add stats and have significant impact, but those will not contribute to GS.
