Is there a thread about guide of lag and rubberbanding diagnosis? The issue is happening to me since yesterday.
Every time after logging into the game or changing instance, there will be several minutes or longer rubberbanding, especially in Protector's Enclave. And if I try to post a message, it says: [Error] Chat is offline.
And interacting with NPC, hitting mobs, collecting gold and loot, ... etc all have about 0.3 second lag.

By any chance, do you know where the file of in-game setting locates at? I want to back up it so that I don't have to reconfigure in-game setting after reinstalling.
That's because 99.99999% of lag is not your fault as a home user or cryptic's fault as the developer. It happens when there is a temporary problem in the path the data is taking from your house to the server. It's what programs like tracert are designed to find. Previous times I've had sever lag the problems have been things like routers in pontiac michigan hundreds of miles from me or cryptic.
