Recharge speed question

ok this is very strange, and I am trying to figure out how it is....
My cw renegade build seems to have more recharge speed than other CWs of the same gear and such and I have compared this with other CWs

I have 2.7K recovery and my recharge speed is 69% increase.

I looked at 2 other CWs one had 3K and the other 2.9K and they had no higher than 49%

according to the stat info ,,

39% from attribute, and 30% from buff, I have looked at any *buffs* and nothing can explain this
so it's beyond me. this is constant too it is always 69% recovery.

sounds like Im complaining but of course I am not I am just trying to figure out where thehell the buff bonus comes from so much. I'm curious

and all feats were looked into and compared ,,,

    Do you have the Champion Mage gear? This gear gives a significant buff to the recharge speed for the encounter in the Spell Mastery slot.

    The answer is that you are wearing the pvp or gg set, the recharge bonus to mastery spell is displayed in the recharge bonus.
