I noticed epic companions have a purple glow around them when they hit level 30. At least I think thats whats happening.
I thought it would be cool if all companions above normal ones had glows when they reach thier top level.
Uncommon - green glow
Rare - Blue glow
Epic - Purple glow
Thoughts?

Oh scratch what I first wrote, below**, I thought you meant mounts, not companions. I haven't noticed any glow effect on companions just because they turn 30, myself. Certain companions do have a bit of a glow (like the Fawn) but that's just a specific graphic skin. Doesn't happen to all companions. As to the idea ... I'd rather not. Once in a while as a skin is cool, but just like I don't want armor enchants to always have a visible funky effect, I don't think I'd want companions (or mounts) to default to some effect, either.
**I think what you're most likely seeing is CW's with their shield on (blueish or purplish glow), which for some reason affects their mount when they're riding. There might be the occasional other character skill (or armor enchant maybe) that do this as well, I'm not sure on that one.
Ive noticed it on the skeletal dog companion and illusionist. So I could be wrong on what the glow is. True its not necessary. Just a thought.
Thanks for the input !
the illusionist is just a part of the skin he uses and he gets the purple glow at lvl 20 just like the renegade mage guy (cant rem name but you et him in valindras tower) has a fire around him

Yours is not a bad idea, but with companion skins already implemented, that feature is unnecessary.
