Feywild Pack questions

I bought the Feywild pack, and it says it passed the pending portion of the deal and has been accepted. However when I log in nothing is there? How do i transfer the pack into the game?

    Did you check the Rewards claims agent in Protectors Enclave , he is on the opposite side of the map from Knox.

    Still no answer from customer service. Its been two days and since I shelled out some decent money this is starting to irritate me. I checked the claims agent, emailed customer support, submitted a ticket and not one response. I like the game a lot but if this is how they handle things I will go back to swotor.
