ancient trapper set or upgrade greater vorpal to perfect?

What do you fine folks figure would be more bang for my buck in the long run? I have an archer build that does good damage with 24% arpen and pretty much only does PvE. However, before dropping 2ish million AD I figure I would ask for some input.

I'm leaning towards the perfect vorpal because I can switch it between people if need be, but I really like playing this ranger :)

    Well the parts for MC or VT weapon are a lot less on AH. Use your profession slots to grind weaponsmithing and build your T2.5 for under a mil :)

    If you do play PvP, then save for perfect vorpal since PvE gears will be no longer viable in PvP.
    You say 4v5 is impossible? Cool story bro.
