I keep thinking about what's that for. It called Steel Grace. The description says Your skills with weaponry increase, allowing you to mitigate the duration of controlling effects by 10%. What exactly is it really like?

Let's say a particular control effect had a duration of 10 seconds. With this feat, it'd only last 9 seconds if it was applied to you.

No. Not only is the effect negligible (1 second out of ten) but it applies to very few situations. You feel cc-ed when you cannot do what you would want. When you're prone. When you're flying in the air after a knockback. But Stell grace will not make your flight in the air any shorter.
