Potion of Heroism broken for HR?

Just wondering if anyone has the same problem...

used like 10 in a row testing, the buff icon does not show up in the character and also in the stats sheet my stats do not go up.

    Known Issue, fixed on the test server.

    cool thanks, i went to report bug, but there was nothing on the known bug list.. so i figure id post

    wish they would at least keep that known bug list updated. Instead of like 2 bugs.. im sure there are more than 2 known bugs in the game... SIKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    Is this potion bugged for all classes?
