What sum of methods do we get to gain temporary hitpoints aside from being crit?

Is Grit affected by your companion or just players? Curious to know how easy it is to keep up in a fight.

    iron warrior and into the fray does give t.hp as well.

    Iron Warrior does not serve a DPS GF in the slightest though. Same goes for ITF to be honest.

    Grit can't be triggered by yourself right?

    Crushing surge's third hit procs grit. I think that's it for self triggered grit.

    I'm aware was just stating the fact that you do get thp from them which you can use anyway. What about fighters recovery? I'm not sure.

    and into the fray lets you get your dailies faster and allows you and party to move faster just saying.

    If your DC is an annointed champion, you'll have tempHP essentially permanently, and if your DC is using sacred flame, you'll also have tempHP more or less all the time.

    its such an irrelevant amount from sacred flame though like 300-400 and while he's doing that theres no encounters going on.

    I only need 1 point in take measure for the temp HP right? Extra temp HP won't extend the duration?
