Reading through the linked thread, kind of sad to hear this, if it really is true. (not many screen shots to back it up)
That would be a LOT of screenshots for something that is trivially tested by anyone except in one instance, i.e. if you are not specced into a particular Power or feat.
If there is any specific Power or feat you want a screenshot for, then please feel free to ask. Someone should be happy to provide it for you.
And, yes, they did fix ArP for many Powers - there were even more broken, as you can see from the first post on that list. They could also be referring to "many", including other classes, e.g. DC's who have not been benefitting from ArP on most of their Powers, despite having their last tier of armor full of it for the first time!

Guess im going back to Spelstorm mage, ARP i useless on Master of flame, so is the new set. I could live with the stats, but the 4 set bonuss is beyond bad. Almost never procs and dont scales...

As fondlez himself and quite a few other DCs have tested, the ONLY previously broken DC power that was fixed for ArP is Daunting Light. All the other previously broken ones are still broken, so this is, at the least, a multi class issue.
