Game crash

Hello everyone,
I have a game crash when I am trying to get to Death Forge in Sharandar Campaign. I have the problem since I have started doing quests. Bug ID is 14207863. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

    Same problem here. I have the ticket up but prolly have to wait till Monday

    ever since this week ive been having the exact same problem. my game crashes usually happen during a skirmish as well as during a dungeon/quest dungeon. and sometimes before the game crashes im hit with lag spikes ive never had before the newest patch came out. and when i submit my error report it starts a process that gives me this "CrypticError PID: 6024 ETID:20273437" i dont know what this means but i get it everytime it crashes and its becoming annoying having to restart the game during the middle of a skirmish or dung

    Is it a crash or bsod? I am currently battling the bsod. Definitely a buggy game. :/

    no its not that...it just shuts down immediately and gives me an error report asking me what i was doing at the time of the crash and its all the same thing. i was queuing for a skirmish, i was in a skirmish, or i was in a dungeon. this one doesnt happen very often but it does happen.

    it was fine after a week. but as soon as the maintenance was over my game crashes started over again. this is getting really annoying.

    Open your launcher, go to the options in the top right corner. change it to safe mode, login. once logged into the game. you can either select a character and go in game or do it from the character select screen but go into the options there change all your settings to the lowest setting under video settings. even go into the troubleshooting section and hover over each setting and adjust those as necessary. once you do that. save it then exit the game.

    then start your launcher back up and go back in and turn safe mode off. then log back into the game and see how things run.

    I am having an issue with a single character crashing in the Vellosk area. I have tried everything I have found and cannot get it fixed. I submitted a ticket last night and have not received a reply. I cannot log into the character because I crash before loading.

    Have you tried what I mentioned in my other post in this topic.
