Arcane Coffer and Gauntlet Problem

Dear devs. Im having few issues here. The first one is: When im starting in campaign window my progress i can make one gauntlet per a day thats okay. But when i make one and start progress to better type i can make that better one in the same day. And probably you will get stuck in poor loot even if you have maximum quality of this gauntlet. Im having still 2 peridots maybe 100x in a row.. So something is wrong i think.
Another issue is: When i open that arcane coffer and i see something poor and i dont want that loot and I want to try my luck in another run and press cross i will not get it into the inventory so that okay but its still consume out my gauntlet. This is never happened with fey dark key and opening those chests in sharandar instances so is it bug or not?
I hope that you understand what i mean. Thank you guys for the great work.

    2 peridots is the most common drop from the chest with the adamantine gauntlet but the other possible drops are showing up.

    I have another issue related to this. When I open the chest with the gauntlet, see the peridots, click on Take All(or even Take after clicking on it) they don't appear in my inventory....ever. Gauntlet just disappears.
