Help With Stats PVE Executioner Build

Been Reading around trying to find some pretty good answers regarding stat caps etc, which i dropped my Critical Strike for the 2500 armor pen, looking to see what advice you guys have on a direction to go, i have a lot of trouble reading the graphs for diminishing returns, any advice would be amazing.

Have Vorp and Stone also

    Your arm pen is good, probably will be too high when you level your lantern. The immediate thing I see is your crit strike is really high. Can you swap some of that crit for more power?
