Server issues since today's patch.

  I'm getting the same thing. In addition, I cannot log into the gateway. It returns as incorrect password. I can log into the gateway from my phone though.
  
  Edit: Now I'm getting "too many attempts, try again later." Well no **** I've attempted too many times. This happens every patch and I have to force a new IP address every time.

  Now I get "unable to authenticate" on the launcher at the first attempt then second attempt is very slow and shows "attempting to contact controller" (?) or a similar message before finally giving me the play button. Loading characters in the select screen is also painfully slow.

  
  Was hoping the cta fix would solve this but unfortunately the above issues remain.

  My server issues: everytime I start the launcher it would give me this sort of error message >> that there is error with my files and I need to re-validate or something to that effect. Once I did and the Play button appears and it shows the Cryptic screen, there's basically nothing. Not even the loading bar. After a few seconds, the whole thing just crashed, This already happened to me at least 3 times... The last time this sort of thing happened, I stopped playing Neverwinter for a day or two and tried again later. And it was fine... Not sure if this is similar to that though coz the last time it happened it was also after a maintenance / server patch (patches 4gb worth of data)

  i've got the same issue. i was playing neverwinter clear and sound that i've got no problem with it but suddenly my neverwinter got crashed. i think it was a usual thing but then again i cannot log in from the patcher. when i tried to login into the neverwinter, the patcher keep saying "attempting to connect to the controller tracker" and it is really took so long, it almost like 1 hour i've been sitting in front of my PC to wait for the patcher let me in into the game. what' this actually?
