Arc down?

Just tried logging into Neverwinter via Arc to do my morning professions. The connection timed out. Is anyone else having problems with Arc this morning?

    yeh me also, I have it set to autolog in and it won't, so I have tried manually 4 times and it keeps sending me to time out (I must have been bad :))

    gateway lets me in though so I could reset completed professions, if that's what you are after try that.

    Yep. Time out problem with Arc first thing after Arc update but after restarting it, no problem.

    I'm having the same time-out problem. Still 50 minutes shy of maintenance start when I tried logging in. Any thoughts?

    See, and this is why Arc is a bad idea imo. Makes me glad I'm still using the old style launcher from open beta...

    Arc came up just in time for me to log in and get the "5 minutes until maintenance" message. Perfect.

    Hey, looks like it is down at the moment. We are looking into the issue as we speak. Hopefully we'll have an update for everyone very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone.

    Thanks for the report! The team is still investigating as the website still continues to be down even though some users were able to log into the client. We will be sure to post once Arcgames is available again. Thanks for your patience during our beta period.

    To be honest i downloaded this game through Steam so i don't even have to bother with Arc, hens i never get this problem xD

    There have been some intermittent issues with ARC today but it seems to be ok for now.
