  T2 Helms drop in Spellplague Caverns and T2 Gloves drop in Karrunadax.

  Helm drops in Spellplague epic and Gloves drop in Caverns of Karrundax I believe , if you go to the list of dungeons and click on each T2 dungeon you should get a description of what drops in each dungeon plus I think the collection system tells you such information.

  you can find them in AH also.

  TBH thats probably my best bet. I have been through Karru well over 20 times and have only seen T1 gloves. I ran ToS once and got the Vizier Chest, though I had already purchased it on the AH....T1 was very similar, so many runs though Crag and Tower and I never saw any set pieces so I bought them off the AH, then I started seeing them all the time. I swear this game is coded to fnck with people so I have a feeling as soon as I buy it Ill see it drop /sigh
