Vengeance Pursuit Not Breaking CC

Title says it all. I haven't tried anything in PvE with it, but for PvP this move does not seem to break any CC as in the description on the second attack. The most obvious form and easiest way to see this bug is attempting to active the second part of this move while a CW chokes you. However, it is also present when attempting to break other CCs. Other people are having this issue too in the following thread:

One person in that thread claims that it works, but only if the CC-break is used from stealth, however, still not all the time as intended.

This would be a MASSIVE fix towards making this disregarding rogue path viable.

    Were you fighting a hunter? Apparently the grasping roots proc and some of their skills are buggy and ignore all CC immunity.

    Read the post. Said the most obvious form of this is when CW chokes, but it occurs for most/all CC forms. It is just blatantly obvious in the choke situation which is why its the only example I provided since I haven't underwent formal testing to see exactly which CCs do or don't break it, but I don't believe it is breaking any CCs.

    yeah I can confirm this. This doesnt break any form of CC, Root, stun, prone, none.

    Vengence pursiut does not work at all wrt breaking control. The whole whisperknife path is so inferior to the master infiltrator path anyway. Whisperknife is complete garbage, most the the feats son't work. This game has so many buggs - no wonder you can play it for free. Guess you get what you pay for.
