A TR in an Epic PK run I just did started spamming random vote kicking of party members after the boss was down and the loot was visible. Due to players trying to get rid of the spam and/or be able to vote on loot rolls, eventually someone got kicked out of the party, in this case me. I assume the abuser did it to increase their chances of rolling successfully on the loot.
This is an easily abusable mechanic. I only reported it here because I doubt it qualifies as an exploit and it is trivial to discover.
Suggestion 1: there should be a cooldown on ability to propose vote kicks for at least an individual.
Suggestion 2: it should not be possible to vote kick someone after a boss is downed but before boss loot and any DD chest are looted by all members.
I just finished Karru DD event with 3 guys from some Spanish guild and a random DC. So we killed the final boss and were mopping up the leftover adds when the loot from the boss was picked up (T2 gloves). As soon as that happened I get a vote kick message for the DC, I voted NO, she got kicked anyway. Then soon after that I was kicked. The result was I got no loot and I did not have a chance to loot my DD event chest… I submitted a ticked but am not holding my breath that justice will be served so I might as well warn you guys and gals.
Not being mean but this wont help much, I run guild runs all day and on the odd occasion someone leaves and or disconnects for an extended time. When we get to the last boss and in mid fight i would hate to know some random can join and "steal" out loot just for being afk waiting for us to kill the boss.
EDIT: A timer would work well OR making it so when you start the dungeon you can lock it so no one can be kicked only if they leave the party, would also make it good so i don't have to risk dieing just to kick someone for waiting to get my loot.

Unless you actually kicked that teammember of yours this wouldn't happen. Disconnected slots are not filled, only empty slots.
Vote kicking is being widely abused. It is even worse for solo players like me due to the fact the dungeon que system for solo players or groups <5 is SERIOUSLY BROKEN and has been so since December 5, 2013. So I never get to run high epic level dungeons like castle never. Vote kicking should be banned period. The ability to recruit new members into a delve should be made by the party leader. The party leader can open the que for new entries if someone drops. But again to avoid abuse, the leader should not have a choice of who joins from the que - the person who joins shold be the first person on the que and decided by the server.
Sure must be nice to run dungeons all day. I never get to play dungeons. Why won't cyrptic fix this. This is becoming such a stupid game.
I never understood why party leader cant invite someone to the group after already starting a dungeon. There have been a few other MMOs like this. Yes there was a small % of abuse but nothing as bad as the system put in place here. I cleared up to Hrimnir in FH with a group. We lost our DC to a disconnect right before we started the boss. We waited for a while but DC never came back so we kicked him/her. New DC comes in and starts vote kicking everyone. I voted no but I guess the other party members just clicked whatever. Eventually all my original party members got kicked when it was a group full of new people and me left. And yep, I got kicked next.
Ultimately the problem is with stupid people not reading what they are voting for before voting but I think there are systems available to better help protect people from themselves

No, it's actually worse than that. Similar situation happened to me the other day. 1 person replaces someone who had to leave. He starts spamming vote kicks. I vote no on all of them and was told other folks were voting no as well. Even so, he still got us all kicked out of the group somehow. It's like if you vote no once, you don't get asked on the next vote.
They also need some protection for members that are in a party since the beginning. Someone "new" should not be able to come in and start vote kicks. It is essentially letting people "steal" dungeons.
The vote kick doesn't seem to need all 4 to vote yes to kick , or the vote kick system itself is bugged .
Got into a MC party that wasn't the original group only to be met by a vote kick request to kick someone else out .
Said NO as reason was non valid ie random keyboard letter entries as reason .
System still kicked the person anyway .
As a cw in MC the only 2 questions I ever get asked are do I have maelstrom of chaos OR do I know the glitch ?
I left the group as they were already in process of glitching the dragon .
This vote kick system NEEDS removed /modified .
Imho, players should not be kick-able once they are in dungeons.

Read somewhere in here that all it takes is the initiator and one other yes-vote and you are kicked. Don't know if that is accurate. But IMO, if you haven't been kicked before the first boss is defeated, or the second boss is MET, you should be un-kickable. I don't really care, because I will never pug, as I already know that dirt-bags abound. It's just a total shame that so many good people get lost among them. It is the design that makes this possible. I hope it's only growing pains. Fix seems pretty simple to me, but I'm sure that there are lots of things that I don't know about. Anyway, I'm in a guild with nearly 300 members. 8-12 of them actually DO stuff. So I can usually get in on something and not have to worry about this junk.
BTW- I know exactly where I read it, when, and who posted it. I'm being polite and not calling him/her to task.

I like being able to Vote Kck for the fact that we go on a GREED Run and at last boss person selects NEED - easy to vote kick and Necessary
The proper fix for that would be to allow a setting for Greed Only when setting up the loot rules as party leader. That would prevent breaking of greed-run agreements while still allowing for vote-kick to be disabled at the last boss to prevent abuse.
