Model Issues with Appearance Change

I have 5 characters on my Neverwinter account, so it was no issue for me to buy my fifth character an Ancient Mulhorand Greatsword. I was also lucky enough to fuse a Lessor Terror Enchantment today, so I sent that too. I transmuted the gear to look like a Greataxe +1 because I like the simple look for a roleplaying aspect. The enchantment's visual effects conflict a lot with it, and it still shows a sword blade coming out of my axe. It's not dire, just thought you should know.
