lets take alook at the overall pvp
1. domination pvp needs new maps and something more then daily ad to be worth doing
2. gg pvp cant realy speed up th que but make the map smaller and smaller versus, will give more a chance to get in
if you run it in 10 min segments then you can get 3 sets in, instead of forst team taking up 20 to 25 mins of the 30 min, make the map smaller say 10 on 10

3. new twist but will reguire devs to do their homework,
make 2 seperat towns 1 dels 1 luskin pe remains neutral, special 1 time week war winner can cross over and invade the others town kill all npc for special rewards and say lotto cards turn in the cards for chance of equipment, loosing team can hide or not login after they loose . But make it worth the while to do these.
The lotto can get net you anything from ad to armour wepaond , enchantments to companions

For your number 3, they would first have to balance the Del vs Lus ratio.

I personally would rather see the Daily astral diamond quest for pvp removed.

oh god the only incentive for people afraid of getting roflstomped by 18k gs players to join pvp a few times a day removed? do you ever want to get into pvp to see the blood of your enemies again? it should be replaced with a system that grants you something like 10% of your points in AD at the end of the match to encourage players to play it at all levels to get used to it instead of jumping into it at 60 without knowing what skills work and what skills get shrugged off not to mention that AD income would offset part of the problem of the game having too many AD sinks that are way too large such as companion and mount upgrades

And maybe replaced with AD trophy for best scored players on both teams. Maybe something like 2000 for team's best, 1000 for second, 500 for third, 200 for fourth. It would give reason to actually play even when on losing side.

all I can say is just be careful what you wish for, this is cryptic after all and if we know one thing, its that they'll most likely break PvP while trying to fix it and then slowly fix what they broke. Just look how long it took them to fix the HR glitch that caused lag even though they knew about it a month before they released mod2.

They also tried to fix it. Multiple times. Before it was released.

Bugs are bugs. If it was an easy fix, it would of already been fixed. It also has nothing to do with the creation or balance of PVP.

Lol stop trolling PvP community. PvP is the BEST Dayly quest for me period! Much better then Dayly Foundry, but I don't go and whine to remove Dayly Foundry quest. Some people like Dungeons, some Skirmish, some Foundy and some PvP.

It is not like you MUST do PvP for 4000 AD. Do you really think I do often Dayly Foundry lol? Granted it is more lucrative when Lord Neverwinter adds his bonus quest, but even then it is not biggest source for possible AD income.

As to PvP changes here are my ideas:

PvP offers currently. 5vs5 PvP and Gauntlgrym. Developers has stated that during this year sooner or later PvP will get a major update. There is no information what it could be perhaps a new area different then Gauntlgrym and/or new form of PvP example Capture the Flag.

Personally I would love to have Capture the Flag or a nice big outworld map like Alterac Valley 40vs40 in WOW. That said I take happily any new content I get to PvP.

PvE: Well we got the BOON grinding that is not my favorite part and huge time consuming. However I do like the Dungeons and Valindras Tower, Malabog Castle, Castle Never etc.

I think this game takes turns like waves.... next update will very likely focus on PvP, but it could be mixed zone(compare Gauntlgrym). The update after that will likely focus on PvE again.

I generally make at least 10k glory a day from my time pvping. My reasoning behind wanting to get rid of the PvP daily quest is to get rid of all the quitters and campfire sitters. I'm there to actually pvp, not sit around and grind out a daily for an easy 4k ad.

Quitting PvP is a problem yes. I don't know why, but seems like that if someone leaves then that player gets replaced by another player but that seems to work early in the PvP game and unfortunately later in the PvP game leavers do not get replaced by other players.

You seem to have that one uber PvP character fine. I have 3 max level characters. All my max characters are not so powerful in PvP my DC 12,8k being the weakest but even with him I almost never quit(only if real life reasons).

Yes I have sit by campfire but that comes not from being on loosing side it comes from situation when you realize you have no chance. There is not realistic chance if 2 players are left to fight 5 for example at least if the 5 enemy players are alert and guard all nodes well.

It is not all about you super PvP character. There are casual players example my real life friend is 10,6k Wizard and even he is much better gs then many casual players. Casual players have the right to earn the AD reward as the others.

Actually for me it is fun that sometimes casual players or more PvE players do rarely PvP instead that PvP becomes some rare elite community a minority that only does it for the PvP itself without AD rewards. Yes I do know I can salvage PvP bought armor but PvP quests should remain. Best solution would be that every time a PvP player leaves the game he get 10 min ban to join PvP que and the player that leaves is replaced by another player.

Most of those casual players you are mentioning, are only there in that pvp match because of that AD daily quest. Get rid of that quest and we get rid of a lot of people not there to pvp in the first place.

As for my one 'uber' character as you so put it. I have 7 characters, 6 of which are all max level, all of them having more than enough glory for the pvp t1 sets before they were ever 60.

PvE needs a revamp more than pvp. Right now the only time worth running dungeons for most people that aren't out to just sell drops is during DD. That means the majority of the time there is no content worth running.

Or.. you can run the content at any time.

As oppose to only having 2 maps for the standard 5v5 pvp, no arena setup, nothing other than domination, etc.. etc.. etc.. I know you go in to all of the pvp threads and push pve, however I believe most people agree, PVP needs a little something.

note, most, so there are still people who don't. :)

I don't see why is so hard to accept that BOTH PvP and PvE need work.

Ah ok you have many characters and seem to extremely love PvP I get it. Nothing wrong with that and I did also low level PvP while I levellep up. That first pvp T1 set is really HAMSTER.

There is actually a good difference with different max level 60 blue items. My rogue prefered to use a blue level 60 helm because it was
    A. Better then HAMSTER PvP T1 HAMSTER helm and also better gs gave.
    B. At least 2 items of a set is useful to get of a set to get combo bonus so a new max level 60 character would get lots of benefit to have 2 armor pieces of T1 PvP items and the rest of glory well you can use it for main hand and offhand weapon.
My Rogue did not replace the blue helm until he got Gauntlgrym helm.

Players that get so much glory before level 60 that they buy everything with glory is a small minority. Finally no AD rewards should not be removed and I like to kill casual players that rarely enter PvP, but they have full right to AD as everyone else.
