ion stone trouble

I have lvl 25 ion stone that wont take items in the Ring , neck , icon slots even tho they are unlocked.
does it take a certain kind?

    Try to relog and summon and dismiss and resummon. If none of that fixes they issue you'll need a support ticket because something will be very wrong.

    ya tried all that ... still broke.

    Something is very very wrong then, and support is going to be your best bet.

    OP, what are the exact names of the items you are trying to slot? I have a stone and don't have that issue. Could it be that the stone has the XP to be level 25, but you haven't sent it to actually train up to that level yet? Maybe you could post some screenshot_ui images for us to see what's going on...

    hes trained all the way to 25 and the slots are open and i drag an item to the slot. and it drops off my icon and right back into the backpack. I tried everything from greens,blues,purples,bound,unbound it just doesnt seem to matter... prolly will give Tech support a shot.. they may have it fixed by christmas
