Hero Of The North - Official Info?

Hey There

Just wondering if anyone mods or otherwise had any links to any 'official' info pages regarding the Hero Of The North pack?

I dont mean the sales page as thats linked above, but anything with info on claiming the other Perfect World game codes, forum titles etc.

Ive found out the forum title doesnt work so contacted support regarding that but have no idea how to claim my items for the other games and the pack doesnt show in my PW account just my Neverwinter redeemed codes:rolleyes:

Like I say any info would be appreciated

    If you're having an issue with not getting a pack or the items included (such as the forum title) you have to contact support about it.

    I had an issue with the feywild pack, didn't get it even though I paid for it. Waited 24 hours, contacted support, about 24 hours later after that they contacted me and applied the pack to my account.

    Yeah ive got all the in game items thats fine & its showing as redeemed to Neverwinter etc
    BUT there is no info about claiming the PW games package codes anywhere that i can see + the Hero Of The North pack isnt showing on my main PW account, only here which is odd.

    I got some info about the forum title like i say and I know thats borked so has been reported

    You should have received an email with the other redemption codes at your registered email address. If you haven't you'll need to contact support.

    Yeah nps, ive filed tickets for the forum title & missing codes, lets see what happens.

    Yeah thanks for contributing & I hope thats helpful to those who didnt know but thats the first thing I did before being informed that the Hero Of The North forum title is broken at the moment, so ive sent off a ticket for that & the codes.
