Gateway

For over two weeks now, adventures in Gateway are bugged for me.

When I open adventures, I get pop up that I have been defeated and then when I click ok I get second pop up that there was internal server error and it kicks me out of gateway.

I've tried with different PC's, phones, cleared cookies, truly everything I could do on my part.

Is there any way devs could reset that for me somehow?

    We had post this bug before and they deleted our post instead of giving us a solution :(

    Sweet. So the solution would be to re-roll a character?

    I have exactly the same problem. I wrote a ticket. No answer yet.

    Your posts have not been deleted. You should really look at your forum posts in your profile. I was easily able to find your posts. They are still in this topic.

    Oh, in that case You have different problem darkwing26. I am getting internal error after the:

    "You awake inside a healer's tent just outside of Protector's Enclave. You're not sure who or what saved your life, but at least you're alive.

    You will live to fight another day, but your treasures are forfeit"

    I click ok and get the:

    "Disconnected from Gateway

    There was an internal server error."

    I have the same exact issue as you how do we report this ?

    I've mailed the Support back in December. Not a single reply. So I thought I give it a shot and try here - as You can see didn't give me much either...

    Wouldn't be a first MMO game that can not provide Support... :/

    Anyone know any better way to access a support regarding Gateway?
