The throne of idris bugs

I have been haveing problems with that dungeon, first when i entered after Queueing up, we where not in a party ( had to manual invite ) second, after killing idris, we did not get the chest loot or a way out of the dungeon, ( had to run all the way back to get out ) and then I lost all progress all loot, everything I did or found in there.

    same. Wonder if you can't que to enter it for the quest to succeed?
