bug in converting star of fortunes all together!!

in winter festival with my GF LINO i change all my Star of Fortunes for Lights of Simril and vendor give me only 220 lights instead of 3080 (220x14). i select to change all my 14 star of fortune all together to have 3080 light of simril and instead i get only 220 stars (it didn't moltiply for 14). the only way is to change every time one single star (i try with other pg)
There's a way to have back my stars or all the lights of simril converted????

    Look in your inventory bags, the rest is in your bag and have to be opened.

    In fact the bug would be the fact that it gave you lights straight into your currency inventory at all.

    I accidentally sold them back, and when I undid the sale, it again Opened on of them (so after trading in five stars, and reclaiming the showers after accidentally selling them, I had three showers and +440 lights).
