I have couple questions about the leadership profession. Why don’t the man-at-arms, adventurers, and heroes grant the speed bonuses that they are listed as having? Leadership helps me make over my refining limit every day. However, friends have told me that leadership can help me to make five times the refining limit. After I got the assets that I was told I needed to make this happen I tried it and a 12 hour task still took 6 hours. I called bull HAMSTER. One of my friends came to my house opened his account and proved to me that a twelve hour task can take under 3 hour to complete. Even by following my friends’ advice I can’t get my completion times down. After talking to my guild they told me that it’s not possible to finish a 12 hour leadership task in 3 hours and if my friends are doing it they must have some kind of hack. So is it possible to complete a twelve hour leadership task in 3 hours without cheating and if it is how is it done?

I think its down to the swords and armours slots, tho I cant be sure as I only have the basic pieces in those slots and using 2 hero's I can only get down to 6 hrs myself.

hum... why so much trolling? Lol
Well simply put, a +50% speed wont cut your speed by 50% of its process but will make the "accumulation of the % needed 50% faster", so at 100% speed, you wont complete it automaticly, but will process 2x faster, so 50% of the time.
it's not so much trolling as the op not making sense.
Your quote is the first time the op's text has been visible, all I can see is of it is,
"leadership profession I need advice
I have couple questions about the leadership profession. Why don"
So everyone has been responding to a nonsense posting with more nonsense. That the op had something serious to ask is news to me with your post.
My first post went in but when I checked the entire post was not posted. I was not trolling. I had a serious question. Thanks for answering it. I was hoping to be able to get 5 days worth of raw AD in a day so I wouldn't have to do professions on every toon every day. This is what my friends and the guild they belong to are able to do. So the fact that they are able to complete 12 hour task in less than 3 hours means that they have some hack working to make their leadership task faster. Not interested in cheating so I will continue to do leadership like I have been doing.
Ahah, well to get cap AD per day you can do it whit just green Man-at-Arms but you will need all the 9 slots for this :P (but not 5 days worth xD, the cost in asset is astronomical, so it would take a while to repay what it costed you!)

Why, Don?

The message was a bit more...cryptic. Before the OP edited it.
